working process

Core working principle: The sensor detects that the product is in place or sends out a product in place signal when stepped on, sends out the label and covers it, then returns to the original position to adsorb the next label, waiting for the next labeling signal, and the labeling action of one label is completed.

Operation process: Place the product ->Confirm it is in place (equipment detection control or manual control) ->Label and overlay (equipment automatic implementation) ->Remove the labeled product.

Requirements for label production：

1. The interval between labels is 2-4mm;

2. The label is 2mm away from the edge of the base paper;

3. The label backing paper is made of Grassin material, which has good toughness and prevents tearing (to avoid cutting the backing paper);

4. The inner diameter of the core is 76mm, and the outer diameter is less than 280mm.
